Job Description

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Operate and set up VMC machines to produce precision components. Read and interpret engineering drawings and CNC programs (Fanuc/Siemens preferred). Conduct in-process inspections using measuring instruments like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, etc. Maintain quality standards and ensure components meet specified tolerances. Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues. Coordinate with the QC team and production supervisors for output and quality assurance. Maintain job records and ensure timely completion of production targets. Follow all safety protocols and workplace regulations. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma. 2-5 years of experience operating VMC machines. Prior experience in automobile or defence components manufacturing is mandatory. Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools. Basic knowledge of CNC programming is a plus. Good communication and teamwork skills.
