Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled VMC Operator to join our precision machining team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating VMC machines and be capable of reading engineering drawings and inspecting components. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centres (VMC) independently. Understand and interpret engineering drawings (2D/3D). Use appropriate tools, jigs, and fixtures for each job. Monitor machine operations and adjust offsets as required. Inspect parts using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc). Perform minor tool changes and routine machine maintenance. Maintain quality and dimensional accuracy as per customer specs. Follow all safety and housekeeping protocols on the shop floor. Required Skills: Min. 3 years experience in VMC operation (Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi preferred). Good knowledge of tool offsets, coordinate systems, and basic programming. Ability to work from drawings and process sheets. Exposure to job setup, fixture clamping, and part inspection. Basic knowledge of cutting tools and speeds/feeds for SS, MS, Al. Shift- Rotational (Day and Night Shifts) Salary as per Industry Norms.
