Visualizer and Graphic Designer

As a Visual Graphic Designer at our company, you will be responsible for blending strong creative ideation with polished execution. Your role will involve conceptualizing campaigns, creating original illustrations, and visually translating brand stories into impactful designs across digital and print media. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualization & Visualization: - Translate briefs into visual concepts, layouts, and storyboards. - Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and creative leads to ideate campaign visuals. - Graphic Design: - Design and deliver high-quality creatives for social media, digital ads, websites, presentations, print collaterals, and packaging. - Maintain consistency with brand identity and design guidelines. - Illustration: - Create custom digital illustrations, icons, and infographics to support campaigns and brand assets. - Adapt illustration style depending on the brief ranging from minimalist line art to detailed character-based visuals. - Execution & Delivery: - Develop mockups and prototypes to present concepts before final execution. - Prepare final production files for digital and print, ensuring technical accuracy. - Collaboration & Innovation: - Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, UI/UX, events) to ensure design alignment. - Stay updated with design trends, illustration techniques, and emerging tools to keep the brand fresh and engaging. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or a related creative role. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Procreate, or similar tools. - Strong illustration portfolio - both hand-drawn and digital (vector + raster). - Understanding of typography, color theory, branding, and composition. - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. - Strong communication and presentation skills to pitch ideas effectively.,
