Visualization Associate - Front end developer

Role Overview: You will be part of the Visualization Centre of Excellence (CoE) at Bain & Company, working closely with global Bain case teams, Bain Partners, and end-clients to provide data analytics and business intelligence support using advanced tools such as SQL, Python, Azure, AWS, Tableau, PowerBI, React, and NodeJS. Your primary responsibility will involve writing complex code to develop scalable, flexible, and user-friendly applications across a robust technology stack. Additionally, you will optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, contribute to acceptance testing and implementation of new software, and ensure the maintainability and quality of code. Key Responsibilities: - Write complex code to develop scalable, flexible, user-friendly applications across a robust technology stack - Construct, test, install, and maintain database and backend for software products - Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability - Contribute to the planning for acceptance testing and implementation of new software - Develop secure and highly performant services and API - Evaluate potential technologies for adoption - Support project lead in end-to-end handling of the entire process - Gather requirements and business process knowledge for planning user experience - Investigate data and code to identify potential issues and propose solutions - Prepare documentation for further reference - Keep abreast of new front end development tools & techniques Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Post-Graduate from a top-tier College with strong academic records - 3-5 years of relevant work experience in front end development - Strong proficiency in TypeScript and frameworks such as React or Angular - Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) - Experience with state management libraries - Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools - Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating back-end services - Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to prioritize projects, manage multiple competing priorities, and drive projects to completion - Concentration in a quantitative discipline is strongly preferred - Knowledge of testing frameworks is a plus - Familiarity with design systems and tools is a plus - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems is a plus - Experience with GraphQL is a plus (Note: The additional details about the company were omitted as they were not provided in the job description.),
