Key Responsibilities Visual Conceptualization & Execution
● Translate briefs into original, platform-appropriate visual ideas
● Work on campaigns from concept development to final rollout
● Contribute to key visuals, mood boards, and design explorations for campaigns, branding, and digital storytelling
● Collaborate with copywriters and creative leads during ideation Cross-Format Design Craft
● Deliver high-quality designs across static, print, social, outdoor, decks, and brand collateral
● Design for digital-first formats: carousels, banners, web assets, reels
● Maintain brand consistency while infusing freshness and visual sharpness Quality Control & Creative Hygiene
● Uphold high standards in typography, spacing, layout, and alignment
● Ensure accuracy and completeness in all deliverables
● Maintain clean fi le structures and systematic asset handovers for internal and external use Tool Mastery & Workflow Innovation
● Use Adobe Creative Cloud tools proficiently—Photoshop & Illustrator are a must
● Bonus: knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or any basic motion skills
● Stay updated on AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or others that improve speed and ideation
● Leverage tech to streamline workflows, explore new treatments, or build creative prototypes Ideal Candidate Attributes You’re not just a designer—you’re a visual storyteller with a strong craft ethic, a sharp eye, and the confidence to push ideas forward.
You should bring:
● 2–4 years of design experience in creative/digital agencies
● A formal design degree—preferably BFA in Commercial Arts or equivalent
● Strong portfolio of digital, social, and brand communication work
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills
● Awareness of design for different platforms, formats, and placements (print, web, mobile, OOH)
● A collaborative spirit and the ability to work fast without compromising on quality
● Exposure to motion or video tools and basic understanding of animation principles is a bonus
● Curiosity to learn, openness to feedback, and the maturity to take ownership of tasks from start to finish
