Visual Merchandiser Manager

Role Overview: Working at the heart of a fast-paced fashion business, as a Visual Merchandiser Manager at H&M, you will not only style the fashion according to company guidelines but also collaborate with the Store Management team to drive sales, coach and nurture talent through your leadership. Your role will involve making the stores inspirational and creating the best shopping experience for both customers and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure your visual team adheres to the visual identity by implementing it according to H&M guidelines, business requirements, and budget constraints. - Lead the store team to maintain high-quality, commercial garment presentation. - Quality assure the timely launch and maintenance of all sales campaigns and activities in alignment with H&M standards, optimizing for the store. - Follow up on sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), evaluate them, and provide feedback to the management team. Collaborate with the Store Manager to initiate changes for business improvement. - Execute store visual recruitment in coordination with the Store Manager and ensure succession planning within the store team. Qualifications: To excel in the role of Visual Merchandiser Manager, we expect you to possess the following skills and experiences: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising. - Previous experience in leading and managing teams within the high-fashion industry. - Knowledge and passion for driving goals forward. - A strong passion for profitability, people, and fashion. - Customer-first mindset.
