As a Designer (Female) at Transparent Overseas in Noida, you will play a crucial role in the Design / Product Development department. Your primary responsibility will be to develop creative concepts for hard goods such as home dcor, handicrafts, metal, glass, or wooden items. Additionally, you will be creating virtual merchandising presentations and product mockups for buyer review. Your role will involve collaborating with international customers to understand their design preferences and requirements, ensuring that the designs meet export standards and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop innovative concepts for hard goods design. - Create virtual merchandising presentations and product mockups. - Interact with international customers to understand their design preferences. - Coordinate with sampling, production, and merchandising teams for design feasibility. - Maintain and organize design files, catalogs, and visual presentation materials. - Research market trends, colors, and materials for design development. - Prepare digital design sheets, mood boards, and technical drawings for client approval. - Ensure design accuracy, aesthetic appeal, and timely delivery of submissions. Qualifications Required: - Education: Graduate/Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Product Design, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in hard goods designing, preferably in the export industry. - Strong creative and visualization skills. - Experience in virtual merchandising and product presentation. - Good communication skills for direct buyer interaction. - Strong coordination and follow-up skills. - Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
