Role Overview: As a creative and detail-oriented Designer at Transparent Overseas, you will be responsible for designing new products, preparing digital presentations, and setting up displays and shop layouts for international clients. Your role will involve working with hard goods design, visual merchandising, and direct interaction with buyers in a dynamic and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop innovative products in hard goods categories such as home decor, handicrafts, metal, glass, or wooden items. - Create engaging PowerPoint presentations, product sheets, and virtual displays for buyer meetings. - Assist in setting up shop or showroom displays to enhance visual appeal and attract customers. - Communicate directly with international buyers to understand their design preferences and requirements. - Collaborate with production, sampling, and merchandising teams to ensure the feasibility of designs. - Stay updated on market trends, colors, and materials to generate fresh and appealing design ideas. - Maintain well-organized design files, catalogs, and visual materials for easy reference. Qualifications Required: - At least 3+ years of experience in hard goods design and visual merchandising. - Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations and product displays. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with international buyers. - Ability to research and analyze market trends for innovative product development. - Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics and visual appeal.
