You will be responsible for understanding automobiles by studying their characteristics, capabilities, and features. To cultivate buyers, you will maintain rapport with previous customers and suggest trade-ins. Your role will involve turning potential customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal car and qualifying buyers by understanding their requirements and interests, aligning them with various car models. As a part of your responsibilities, you will demonstrate vehicle features, take customers on test drives, and explain warranties and services related to automobiles. Your ability to close sales will be crucial, as you will be expected to overcome objections, ask for sales, negotiate prices, and finalize sales and purchasing contracts. Additionally, you will provide sales management information through the completion of reports. In this role, you will also assist in setting up the showroom and displays to enhance the overall customer experience. It will be important for you to stay updated on industry trends and developments by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications. By accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, you will contribute to enhancing the dealership's reputation.
