Role Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser – Executive to join the TIGC

team. This role is responsible for implementing brand VM guidelines at the store level, ensuring

impactful displays, and maintaining high standards of visual consistency. The role demands frequent

travel to stores and the Head Office as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute brand Visual Merchandising SOPs, seasonal themes, and window campaigns across

assigned stores.

• Support in planning and implementing weekly VM refreshes, including focal points and in-store

displays.

• Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual standards and customer experience are maintained.
• Assist in setting up new stores, brand campaigns, and regional rollouts as per the HO direction.
• Coordinate with vendors and store teams for smooth execution of VM collaterals and props.
• Capture and share store photos, reports, and feedback.
• Ensure upkeep of fixtures, props, mannequins, and signages in all stores.
• Train and guide store staff to maintain VM standards daily.
• Act as a visual custodian of TIGC’s brand identity.

KPI (Metrics to evaluate):

Timely execution of VM rollouts and campaigns.

• Visual audit scores and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Store feedback and customer experience improvement.
• Maintenance and upkeep of store visuals and props.
• Accuracy and timeliness of VM reporting.

Who You Are (Must-Haves):

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in fashion retail.

• Strong eye for design, colour coordination, and presentation.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with stores and HO.
• Comfortable with travel to stores and Head Office as required.
• Self-motivated, organized, and hands-on in execution.
