Visual Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver digital marketing assets, in-app visuals, and CRM campaigns that align with brand voice and business objectives.
• Create layouts and visuals within brand guidelines that reinforce the company s style and voice.
• Break down design briefs, research the target audience, and develop creative solutions that resonate with SMB audiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Branding teams to ensure alignment of visual assets with business goals and service offerings.
• Develop aesthetics, product artwork, component designs, and marketing materials to enhance the products image.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute design projects from ideation through delivery.
• Assess the effectiveness of visual presentation and product imagery to improve design solutions.
• Manage external relationships related to design requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Visual or Graphic Design.

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or related field.

• Strong portfolio showcasing

  digital graphic design expertise. Motion graphics knowledge is a plus.

• Advanced proficiency in design software, such as

  Figma, Adobe Creative Suite

  , and freehand illustration.

• Strong communication and collaboration

  skills to effectively justify and present creative decisions.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving design environment with a quick iteration approach.
