Visual Designer

• Create and execute design solutions across multiple platforms including print, digital, and brand collateral
• Develop visual assets for marketing campaigns, events, and promotional materials
• Design editorial layouts and branded materials maintaining consistency and visual standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in visual design with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across print and digital media
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Excellent knowledge of design principles and current design trends
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field (preferred)

Location

• Position is based in Muddenahalli, Karnataka
• Candidates must be willing to relocate to Muddenahalli

Work Schedule & Reporting

• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST
• 6-day work week with one off day (either Sunday or Monday)
• Leave requests must be submitted and approved in advance
• Daily summary report required at end of workday
• Comprehensive weekly progress report to be submitted
• Regular attendance and punctuality are essential
• Flexibility to work in shifts during peak seasons
• Regular virtual meetings and team collaborations
