Visual Designer

As a Visual Designer at our creative-led agency in Raipur, you will be responsible for creating brand identities, designing packaging, developing social media creatives, designing brochures, and more. You will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects independently and ensure that all designs are production-ready. Key Responsibilities: - Create brand identities including logos, brand guides, and visual systems - Design packaging such as labels, boxes, and print-ready files - Develop social media creatives, reels covers, banners, etc. - Design brochures, decks, event collaterals, and marketing material - Create web assets and basic UI mockups - Stay up-to-date with design trends, materials, and printing techniques - Work independently and take ownership of multiple projects - Ensure all designs are production-ready and organized Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging and branding - Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, smart, and strategic design - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) - Strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout - Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively across multiple projects If you are passionate about design, storytelling, and strategy, and if you have a strong background in graphic design with an emphasis on packaging and branding work, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.,
