As a key contributor to our brand's visual identity, you will: Support Brand ConsistencyAssist in maintaining and refining the visual brand identity for the Careernet Group across various platforms. Create Engaging DesignsDevelop creative layouts, graphics, and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Design Multi-Channel AssetsDevelop social media graphics, website visuals, email templates, presentations, and other marketing collateral. Transform Ideas into VisualsTranslate concepts into compelling visual representations and iterate designs based on feedback. Experiment with AestheticsExplore typography, colors, and iconography to enhance brand appeal. Stay Updated on TrendsKeep an eye on design trends and best practices to continually enhance our visual communication. Work with Design ToolsUtilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and other relevant software to produce high-quality graphics. Support Business Needs Assist in creating visually engaging presentations and reports as required. What You'll Need 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or related fields. A strong eye for detail, layout principles, and design aesthetics. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Basic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently. A degree in graphic design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
