You will be working at TripleDart, a company focused on solving complex performance marketing problems for SaaS companies. The company's clientele is carefully chosen based on shared values of flexibility and accountability. Currently, TripleDart works with a diverse portfolio of 100+ VC-backed SaaS companies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create visually compelling assets for websites, landing pages, social media, paid ads, and presentations. - Collaborate closely with content strategists, developers, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life. - Ensure consistency across all visual materials according to client brand guidelines. - Simplify complex SaaS ideas into visually appealing graphics. - Contribute to creative direction and propose new ideas for visual storytelling. - Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance metrics. **Requirements:** - 2-6 years of experience in visual/graphic design (experience in SaaS or B2B is a bonus). - Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design work, especially for SaaS brands. - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and Canva. - Understanding of responsive web design, UI/UX basics, and modern design trends. - Experience in designing for performance marketing and growth-driven content is advantageous. - Attention to detail and a knack for clean, minimal, yet effective design. **Nice to Have:** - Familiarity with Lottie, motion graphics, or video editing. - Experience with tools like Notion, Slack, Clickup, or Asana. - Ability to comprehend marketing goals and represent them visually.,
