What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costsThe Media / Graphics Lead designs and produces complex media (audio / video) or graphics used in the development of training assets. The Media / Graphics Lead develops cost estimates, determines resource requirements and schedules production. The Media / Graphics Lead delegates and oversees development by Media / Graphics Analysts, Senior Analysts, or contractors.Media / Graphics Leads may specialize in graphics or media. It is not expected that a Media / Graphics Lead would be an expert in both areas.Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and career growth. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.Develop learning activities and supporting materials according to the content design plan.
What are we looking for? ?¢Education?¢Bachelors degree preferred in Communications, Radio and Television, Video/Film Production, Multimedia Design and Production, Art, Fine Arts, Electronic Arts related field or equivalent experience.Work Experience?¢3+ years hands on experience with audio/video production, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Flash.Work Requirements?¢NoneMedia?¢Proficient in audio and video production?¢Strong Media design skills?¢Mastery of media production tools (i.e., Adobe Premier; Adobe After Effects, Soundforge)?¢Must understand and comply with Accenture brand identity standards.Graphics?¢Proficient in graphic production on the Windows operating system.?¢Strong visual design skills (color, composition, typography, etc.) for on-line (internet) delivery and print.?¢Accenture brand identity standards and compliance guidelines.?¢Strong knowledge and ability of industry standard graphics software (e.g., Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Flash, etc.)?¢Knowledge of peripheral hardware (ex:scanner, color printer, removable storage, etc.)?¢Skilled in complex visual communication tools (ex2D animation, video, interactive authoring, etc.).
Roles and Responsibilities: ?¢Media- Design, build, and test media components of the capability enabler according to requirements and the project workplan?¢Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-production activities?¢Oversee the media portion of a development project including overseeing vendor relationships?¢Produce and direct simple to complex audio and video components?¢Operate production and post-production equipment, hardware, and software?¢Create/modify simple to complex graphics for use within video or animation files?¢Participate in actively identifying media related issues. Document new issues, participate in resolving them, and update documentation as issues are resolved ?¢Perform Quality Assurance on media deliverables based on CDC media and graphics standards and provide feedback to team/media developers?¢Contribute to knowledge capital regarding digital, audio, and video standards?¢Build and maintain professional network of video/audio professionals within and outside the firm?¢Understand and interpret firm technical standards and industry enabling technologies related to audio and video deliveryGraphics - Design and produce graphics and/or animations (or supervise if this work is delegated) for, but not limited to, graphical user interfaces, information visualization, and learning activities
