Visual Design-Senior Consultant

SENIOR VISUAL DESIGNER

Work you’ll do

• Practitioners will be able to develop skills in a Portfolio that represents the unification of the some of the most diverse, globally recognized brands and businesses in the organization—an exciting opportunity for their career development
• Participate and contribute to a user-centered design (UCD) process to create digital applications from concept to launch.
• Create visual language, style tiles, prototypes, high fidelity visual designs using various design tools.
• Document and communicate your design ideas to team members, stakeholders, and clients
• Be a fully engaged member of a growing team of creative gurus

Qualifications and Experience

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field from a reputed design college.
• 5.5 to 8years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience
• A minimum of 3.5 years of experience creating high fidelity user interface designs and prototypes.

- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch or similar.

- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI design projects and demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

- Keen eye for detail and ability to create visually appealing designs that align with the brand identity.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Strong client (presentation) communication skills and the ability to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
• Familiarity with developer/engineer tools and SDKs
• Understanding of platform specific nomenclature (eg. segmented controller, picker, table view)
• Ability to sketch and generate big-picture ideas for early-stage UX work
• Experience in developing rapid prototypes

- Experience with prototyping tools (InVision, Marvel, or similar) is preferred.
