Visual Design Intern

About the role- We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable problem solver to join our product team. As a Visual Design Intern at More, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs for our web and mobile products. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers and engineers to create high-quality user experiences that delight our customers. Principle Responsibilities ● Assist in Design Projects: Collaborate with the design team to create graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, website banners, print materials, and more. ● Conceptualize and Create Visuals: Generate creative ideas and concepts for visual content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our target audience. ● Execute Design Tasks: Use design tools to execute design tasks and bring concepts to life. ● Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure that all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms and mediums. ● Support Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the development of visual elements for marketing campaigns, including digital advertisements, event promotions, and product launches. ● Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, content, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet objectives. ● Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, design techniques, and best practices to continually enhance your skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team. Education and Experience- We are looking for someone currently pursuing a degree or have graduated in the field of Graphic Design/UI Design/Communication Design with a Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field who can create visually enticing, consistent and meaningful designs. Functional Competencies Demonstrated experience with detail-oriented human-centered design approaches ● Demonstrates strong visual design skills ● Proficiency in adjacent skills such as competitive analysis, typography and illustration ● Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or similar compositing and vector tools ● Knowledge of Figma to collaborate with product designers and developers ● Knowledge with Adobe After Effects to create dynamic motion design for products is a plus ● Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate and convey design ideas Job Types: Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
