Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive social media strategies tailored to our healthcare clients unique needs.
Create, curate, and manage engaging content, including text, images, and videos, for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Design and produce visual content for both static posts and short-form video content (Reels, Shorts). Apply basic design principles such as typography, color theory, and composition to create visually appealing and effective graphics.
Ensure all content is accurate, brand-aligned, and compliant with healthcare regulations.
Actively monitor and manage social media communities, responding to comments and messages professionally and in a timely manner.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Track and analyze key social media metrics, using data to optimize strategies.
Stay up-to-date with Indian healthcare regulations and ensure all social media activities are fully compliant.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and providing regular performance updates.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing.
Demonstrated experience in visual content creation, including designing static images and short-form videos (reels).
Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and familiarity with design software like Canva or Adobe Express.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
