Visa Officer

As a Visa Processing Officer, you will be responsible for handling the documentation and visa processing for clients of all countries. Your key responsibilities will include: - Scrutinizing documents for visa processing - Handling client inquiries and explaining the documentation process - Preparing visa cases and submitting them - Providing regular updates to clients on their application status - Resolving client queries via email and telephone - Managing cash and bank transactions - Maintaining records of all application data with accurate and timely data entry - Staying up to date with visa regulations and fees - Ensuring the entire process is completed within the specified turnaround time - Monitoring and maintaining internal errors to avoid penalties In addition to the above responsibilities, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Good communication skills - Basic knowledge of computers - Knowledge of accounts - Resilience to handle long hours and pressure during peak times - Sound judgment with attention to detail - Awareness of current trends in travel, sustainable tourism, and popular upcoming destinations To qualify for this role, you should be a graduate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar profile. Please note that this position requires working six days a week, with two days of work at each implant location in Goregaon, Dadar, and Bandra.,
