Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Filing Officer & Trainer located in Ahmedabad. The Visa Filing Officer & Trainer will be responsible for handling visa applications, providing guidance on immigration issues, offering excellent customer service and communication to clients, and training new staff and clients on visa filing procedures and regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Visa processes and Immigration Issues
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service experience
• Effective Communication skills
• Ability to train others and provide detailed guidance
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the travel or education industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
