Visa Filing Officer

As a Visa Application Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to review and prepare visa applications to ensure completeness, accuracy, and eligibility. You will verify supporting documents such as passports, birth certificates, and financial statements, and conduct background checks on applicants when required. Subsequently, you will be responsible for submitting visa applications to the relevant authorities, such as embassies or consulates. In addition to the primary responsibilities, you will also be tasked with administrative duties. This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of visa applications, including submission dates and outcomes. You will also be expected to communicate with applicants to provide updates on the status of their visa applications promptly. Furthermore, you will need to respond to inquiries from various stakeholders efficiently and professionally. This role requires a full-time commitment, and the work schedule is during the day shift. A performance bonus is included as part of the benefits package, along with cell phone reimbursement. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience in a similar role.
