Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Visa Filing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student visa applications for countries such as the UK, Canada, Australia, and Schengen nations.Only candidates having experience in Overseas education consultancy may apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify, and file visa applications for students
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa processes and documentation requirements
• Coordinate with students and internal counsellors to collect necessary documents
• Handle online submissions and schedule appointments as required
• Track application status and provide regular updates to students and management
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/consulate regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in visa filing (preferably student visas)
• Familiarity with documentation for countries like UK, Canada, Australia, and EU
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, PDF editing)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Prior experience in an overseas education consultancy
