We are looking for a dynamic and well-spoken Front Desk Executive who will also be responsible for tele calling activities. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, attend to visitors, handle incoming and outgoing calls, and assist in calling prospective clients or students for follow-ups, inquiries, or marketing purposes. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Duties: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain visitor records. Handle couriers, incoming mail, and maintain the front desk area. Perform administrative tasks like filing, printing, scanning, and data entry. Tele calling Duties: Make outbound calls to potential clients/students for inquiries, follow-ups, or promotional purposes. Respond to inquiries received through calls, emails, or messages. Maintain a daily calling log and update CRM or internal database with call details. Share information about services, offers, or events clearly and professionally. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Assist in feedback collection and customer satisfaction calls. Required Qualifications and Skills: High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred. 1–2 years of experience in a front office or tele calling role. Excellent communication skills in English and [Punjabi, Hindi & English] Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and stay organized. Comfortable in a customer-facing and call-handling environment. Work Environment: Office-based role with regular working hours [9:30 AM TO 6:00 PM] Must be punctual, reliable, and professionally presentable. May involve handling a high volume of calls during peak periods.

We are seeking a knowledgeable, proactive, and customer-focused Visa Counselor to assist clients or students in navigating visa application processes for international travel, study, or immigration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visa regulations for multiple countries, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality guidance and support. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice to clients/students on visa application procedures, requirements, and documentation. Guide applicants through the complete visa process, including form filling, document verification, appointment scheduling, and interview preparation. Stay updated on changes in visa regulations and immigration laws for countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Schengen countries, etc. Communicate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers when necessary to follow up on application statuses. Ensure all applications are submitted accurately and within deadlines. Maintain proper records of client interactions, applications submitted, and communications. Educate clients about timelines, expectations, and post-visa procedures. Assist with travel, accommodation, and insurance arrangements as needed. Support marketing and promotional activities related to visa services. Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and handle client concerns or issues efficiently. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, International Relations, or related fields preferred). 1–3 years of experience as a Visa Counselor, Immigration Consultant, or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of visa rules and immigration procedures for major destination countries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic data management tools. High level of professionalism, patience, and customer service orientation. Preferred Skills: Experience in education consulting or working with international students. Familiarity with CRM or visa management software. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work Environment: Office-based with occasional travel to events, seminars, or client meetings. May involve extended hours during peak application seasons.
