Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Visa Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with visa applications, documentation, and related queries. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with filling visa application forms (online/offline).
• Guide applicants with the required documents as per embassy/consulate rules.
• Handle both new visa applications and visa renewals/drop box cases.
• Coordinate with clients for missing documents and status updates.
• Maintain records of applications and follow-up with relevant authorities.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with visa regulations.

Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream).
• Freshers welcome – prior experience not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
