We are seeking an experienced and dynamic "Senior Manager - Student Recruitment" with 5 years of proven expertise in the international education sector, particularly focused on Europe. This role is responsible for onboarding universities, building and managing partnerships, and achieving enrollment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about guiding students through every step of their study abroad journey. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding Universities, Build and maintain relationships with education agents/institutions, pathway providers, international schools, and other partners. Explore new partnership opportunities to expand market reach. Guide students on suitable European universities, courses, and career paths based on their academic profiles, aspirations, and budget. Stay updated on the latest changes in visa regulations, admission policies, and education systems across Europe. Achieve monthly and quarterly counselling and admission targets through effective student engagement. Ensure a high level of student satisfaction through timely support, transparent communication, and ethical guidance. Candidate Profile: Minimum 4–5 years of experience in international student recruitment or student visa consulting. Experience in managing agent networks and partnerships. Strong knowledge of international education systems, global mobility, and student recruitment trends, admission processes, and visa regulations of countries that are part of the European Union. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently. Bachelor's degree or higher qualification preferred.
