Key Responsibilities: Onboarding Universities, Build and maintain relationships with education agents/institutions, pathway providers, international schools, and other partners. Explore new partnership opportunities to expand market reach. Guide students on suitable European universities, courses, and career paths based on their academic profiles, aspirations, and budget. Stay updated on the latest changes in visa regulations, admission policies, and education systems across Europe. Achieve monthly and quarterly counselling and admission targets through effective student engagement. Ensure a high level of student satisfaction through timely support, transparent communication, and ethical guidance. Candidate Profile: Minimum 4–5 years of experience in international student recruitment or student visa consulting. Experience in managing agent networks and partnerships. Strong knowledge of international education systems, global mobility, and student recruitment trends, admission processes, and visa regulations of countries that are part of the European Union. Review and verify all visa-related documents thoroughly to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/VFS requirements. Schedule VFS appointments and coordinate with students regarding the necessary documentation and procedures. Stay up-to-date with changing embassy rules and immigration guidelines for EU countries. Fill out university applications on behalf of students, ensuring all forms, essays, and documents meet the specific criteria. Maintain and manage individual student files, tracking application status and visa processing timelines. Communicate professionally with students, universities, and consulates as needed. Ensure accuracy, attention to detail , and organisation in all administrative processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2–3 years of experience in student visa processing, with specific expertise in European visa applications . Strong knowledge of VFS processes, embassy rules , and document verification for countries like Germany, France, Finland, etc. Experience in university application filing (online portals, SOPs, LORs, documentation, etc.). High level of organisational skills and attention to detail . Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously. Strong knowledge of MS Office, PDFs, and document conversion/formatting tools.
