Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Executive, located in Kozhikode. The Visa Executive will be responsible for processing visa applications, verifying documents, interacting with clients, and liaising with embassies and consulates. The role involves providing detailed visa guidance to clients, ensuring accuracy in documentation, keeping clients updated on the status of their applications, and maintaining records. The Visa Executive will also communicate with travel agents to facilitate smooth processing of visa applications. Qualifications Experience in processing visa applications and document verification Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in liaising with embassies and consulates Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Familiarity with visa regulations and requirements Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
