Our mission is to guide students through the intricacies of international education applications. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Counselor, located in Ahmedabad. The Visa Counselor will be responsible for advising and assisting students with their visa applications, tracking application statuses, providing detailed information on study permits, and ensuring the accuracy of application documents. Daily tasks include counseling clients, handling inquiries, maintaining records, and liaising with educational institutions and visa authorities. Qualifications Experience and knowledge in visa application processes and study permits Customer service and counseling skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in en_US Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle confidential information Proficiency in using office software and tools Relevant experience in the education sector or immigration services is a plus Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory Show more Show less
