Visa Counselor

As a visa counselor, your primary role will involve assisting individuals with visa applications and immigration processes. You will be responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding visas, immigration policies, and procedures to clients. Additionally, you will counsel clients on the visa application process and its requirements. Your duties will also include organizing and managing documents and paperwork related to visa applications, as well as processing applications for visas and other immigration documentation. It will be essential for you to answer client queries, offer support throughout the application process, and ensure that clients comply with visa terms and conditions. In this position, you will be expected to engage in legal research on immigration issues, laws, and regulations to stay informed and provide the best possible guidance to clients. Furthermore, you may have the opportunity to represent clients in legal proceedings before courts, tribunals, immigration and customs officials, or other relevant authorities. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 4 years of work experience, specifically in counseling. The work location for this role is in person.
