Role Description

The Visa Counsellor | Documentation Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The responsibilities include providing guidance to international students and immigrants regarding visa applications, assisting them with course selection, managing admission processes, and ensuring the documentation requirements for visa filing are met. The role also involves regularly coordinating with educational institutions, reviewing visa applications, handling client inquiries, and staying updated with immigration policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in counselling, course selection, and providing guidance on international education and immigration processes
• Proficiency in managing visa documentation processes, reviewing applications, and verifying documents
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with skills in building relationships and effectively handling client inquiries
• Knowledge of current visa regulations, immigration requirements, and educational program criteria
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the visa counselling or education consultancy field is preferred
• A bachelor’s degree in any field; certifications or training in immigration consultancy or education services is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
