Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Visa Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students achieve their study abroad goals and providing expert guidance on visa applications and documentation.

As a Visa Counsellor, you will be responsible for advising and guiding students through the process of studying abroad, helping them select appropriate educational programs, and supporting them with visa processing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert counselling to students on various study abroad programs and visa requirements.
• Guide students in preparing their visa applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Stay updated on immigration laws, visa regulations, and study abroad policies to provide the most current information to students.
• Maintain detailed records of student interactions and visa application progress.
• Follow up with students to ensure smooth processing of visa applications and answer any concerns.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in study abroad counselling or visa consultation.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Punjabi (both written and spoken) is a must.
• Strong knowledge of study abroad processes, visa documentation, and various educational programs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
