Role Overview: As a Visa Counselor, your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through visa application processes for study, work, spouse, and travel. You will assess their eligibility and recommend suitable visa options, as well as assist them with documentation and application preparation. It will be crucial for you to stay updated on immigration laws and procedures to provide accurate guidance. Additionally, you will be required to offer pre-departure advice and support to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Guide clients through visa application processes for study, work, spouse, and travel. - Assess eligibility and recommend suitable visa options. - Assist with documentation and application preparation. - Stay updated on immigration laws and procedures. - Provide pre-departure advice and support.
