Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and clients regarding overseas education, immigration, and visa processes.
• Provide accurate guidance on documentation, admission requirements, visa filing, and country-specific immigration rules.
• Handle queries through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Assist clients with application forms, SOPs, and visa interview preparation.
• Maintain updated knowledge of immigration policies, embassy guidelines, and university/college admission requirements.
• Coordinate with universities/colleges, embassies, and internal departments for smooth processing.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for student enrollments/visa conversions.
• Maintain proper records of clients in CRM/ERP systems and follow up regularly.
• Stay updated on market trends, new destinations, scholarships, and visa regulations.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Education, Management, or related).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Visa/Immigration Counselor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of visa documentation and immigration procedures for countries like USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and Europe.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and email communication.
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Model Gram, Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
