Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Counsellor, located in Ludhiana. The Visa Counsellor will be responsible for assisting clients with the visa application process, providing accurate advice on eligibility and following up with clients throughout their application journey. The role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Visa processing, immigration policies, and documentation requirements
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to organize and manage multiple applications efficiently
• Background in counseling, advising, or working with clients seeking immigration services is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic administrative tools
