Key responsibilities: Examine, confirm, and handle all visa applications, including those for tourists, students, workers, and immigrants. It is recommended if you have experience with immigration services, visa processing, or diplomatic work. Inform applicants of visa decisions in a kind and unambiguous manner. Be honest and discreet when handling private information. strong communication skills both in writing and speaking. the capacity to accurately and impartially handle delicate and complicated matters. adept in using office programs and software for processing visas. high standards of morality, integrity, and cultural awareness. the capacity to handle large application quantities and operate under strain.
