Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services. Understand customer needs and offer solutions to meet their requirements. Provide detailed information about products, pricing, and benefits. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and prospects to ensure successful conversions. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
