Taking the initiative and efforts to build a professional work environment,
ensure that deadlines are met and the students have a positive experience during the entire visa process
Being well-informed and updated about the visa process.
Explaining the entire visa procedure and checklist.
Solving the queries of students through emails and calls
Assisting students with Bank Loans, funding requirements, etc.
Guiding students in arranging visa documents as per checklist.
Following up on students for pending visa documents.
Filling up the visa application forms and taking appointments (if required).
Preparing students for Mock Interviews
Following up on visa decisions, extensions, etc.
Sending visa updates of students.
They should be fluent in English and should have good communication skills
Preferably with relevant experience of visa counselling in the overseas education industry
