Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end visa stamping processes for Business, Work, and Visitor visa categories for the UK.
  • Ensure timely delivery of client requirements by establishing a process-driven approach rather than people-dependent workflows.
  • Maintain and validate visa checklists for all categories (Business, Work, Dependent, Tourist) to ensure accuracy.
  • Review visa applications and supporting documents to ensure 100% compliance with Consulate/Embassy requirements.
  • Guide employees/client SPOCs on mandatory Consulate/Embassy submission requirements.
  • Coordinate with TTK back-office team for updates, document collection, and application/passport submissions at VFS/consulates.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with VFS Global and Embassy/Consulate officials.
  • Deliver services in accordance with agreed terms and service level agreements.
  • Create and regularly update a knowledge base on immigration regulations and visa processes.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and share insights with the team through case studies or real-time knowledge sharing.
  • Prepare cover/support letters tailored to client needs for visa applications.
  • Learn and adapt to new country-specific immigration processes based on business demands.
  • Oversee and track the entire immigration process end-to-end.
  • Maintain detailed MIS and generate bi-weekly/monthly reports with analysis and trend insights for the Operations Head.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in handling Business, Work, and Dependent visa processes; experience with UK immigration is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in an MNC, corporate office, or as an implant/backend support staff is desirable.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a proactive attitude toward learning.
  • Strong understanding of corporate immigration trends and client servicing standards.
  • Mandatory knowledge of UK, Ireland, and Schengen visa processes.
  • Proficient in Excel and capable of generating comprehensive reports.
  • Open to new challenges and continuous learning.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality client service.
  • A strong team player capable of working independently with minimal supervision, under pressure, and across new learning areas.
