Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Visa Consultant to assist clients with their travel visa applications, documentation, and related processes. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of visa procedures, and the ability to handle multiple cases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through visa application processes for various destinations.
• Verify and prepare all necessary documents for submission.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules, regulations, and requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of applications and follow up until completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
• Prior experience in visa processing or travel consultancy preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
