Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven professional to take on a “farming role” within our Fixed Income business. The individual will be responsible for managing existing partners, nurturing relationships, driving partner engagement, and generating incremental business from these accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of fixed income products and the ability to strengthen partnerships to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Relationship Management

o Manage and nurture relationships with existing distribution partners.

o Serve as the primary point of contact for partner queries and support requirements.

  • Business Activation & Growth

o Drive activation of dormant and low-engaged partners.

o Work with partners to identify opportunities and generate incremental business in fixed income products (Bonds, NCDs, ICDs, etc.).

o Track partner performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.

  • Engagement & Enablement

o Conduct product training and knowledge sessions for partner teams to enhance their ability to position fixed income products.

o Share market updates, product features, and competitive insights to keep partners informed and engaged.

  • Data & Reporting

o Maintain MIS and dashboards to track partner engagement and revenue contribution.

o Provide regular feedback to internal stakeholders on partner requirements, challenges, and competitive activity.

  • Collaboration

o Coordinate with internal teams such as product, operations, and compliance to ensure smooth onboarding, transactions, and servicing of partners.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in distribution, sales, or relationship management within financial services (preferably fixed income products).
  • Strong understanding of Bonds, NCDs, ICDs, and other fixed income products.
  • Proven ability to manage existing partners and drive incremental revenue.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter with strong execution capability and relationship orientation.
