As a Virtual Producer Associate at EY, you will be a part of the Talent function within the L&D VTH sub-function. In this role, you will be a crucial member of the core learning team in the Global Delivery Services organization, responsible for providing support for Virtual Classrooms (VCs) conducted within EY. Your primary responsibilities will include producing virtual classroom sessions using the Microsoft Teams platform, providing exceptional client service, and generating post-session reports. You will play a key role in building and maintaining positive relationships with global facilitators, regional learning coordinators, and other team members. By demonstrating effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, you will become a trusted advisor to the stakeholders. Additionally, you will be required to liaise between learners and the talent team, ensuring a smooth learning experience for all participants. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer orientation. Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential traits for success. Proficiency in HR technology, virtual learning platforms (such as MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx), and standard software applications is preferred. A bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline is required, along with 0-4 years of work experience in Shared Services/BPO or HR Operations. This role may require working across multiple time zones, including AsiaPac, EMEIA, and Americas, necessitating flexibility in working hours and the ability to work on rotational shifts. Certification or training in hosting virtual sessions will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
