Virtual Legal Assistant (US Family Law)

Work Mode: Permanent Work from Home Working Days & Timings: Monday to Friday – 8:30 pm to 05:30 am IST (US Night Shift). Experience: 2+ Years in US Family laws. Job Responsibility: Provide administrative support to lawyers. Handle communication with clients Setting up shells and templates for pleadings, discovery, and letters Downloading pleadings/discovery and saving. Communication with opposing counsel via phone and/or email, answering phones/screening calls, inputting and tracking expenses. Discovery (preparing skeleton Family Law Form Interrogatories, Demand for Production of Documents, Notices, Subpoena's, Verification Forms, discovery worksheets, etc.) E-filing: Submitting documents via the Orange County Superior Court’s e-filing system (e.g., OneLegal or Odyssey). Preparing Judicial Council forms i.e. standard California family law forms (e.g., FL-100, FL-120, FL-150, FL-300). Candidate Requirements: Qualification: LLB, LLM or related field. The candidate should be willing to work in a US Night Shift. Mandatory experience in US Family Law. Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols.
