Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

VIP Guest Management

Welcome and receive VIP guests, clients, or board members
Escort them to meeting rooms, lounges, or executive offices
Provide refreshments or other hospitality services as required

Meeting & Event Support

Prepare and set up executive boardrooms, meeting rooms, or private offices for high-level meetings
Ensure all AV equipment, documents, and amenities are in place and functioning
Coordinate with catering teams for meals, beverages, and special requests

Hospitality Services

Serve food and beverages professionally to executives or guests
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of VIP areas, lounges, or conference suites
Anticipate needs and offer discreet, high-touch service

Liaison and Coordination

Work with administrative staff, facility management, and security for smooth operations
Coordinate visitor passes, transport arrangements, and protocol

Discretion & Protocol

Maintain confidentiality regarding guests, schedules, or sensitive information
Ensure a calm, respectful, and professional demeanor at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong background in hospitality, office support, or executive services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Polished appearance and professional behavior
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Experience serving high-level professionals or clients
Knowledge of corporate protocols and etiquette
