We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer with strong video editing skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the technical expertise to shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content. You will be responsible for capturing footage, editing, and producing polished videos that align with the brand’s vision, marketing strategies, and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Videography:
Operate video cameras and equipment to capture high-quality video footage for various projects (e.g., commercials, promotional content, events, social media, training materials).
Set up, adjust, and maintain camera equipment, lighting, and audio for shoots.
Collaborate with the creative team to understand video concepts and shot requirements.
Ensure proper framing, composition, and lighting of shots to create compelling visuals.
Capture b-roll and additional footage as needed to enhance storytelling.
Manage video footage storage and organization during and after production.
Video Editing:
Edit raw footage into final videos that are polished, engaging, and aligned with the project objectives.
Use editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) to trim, adjust, and merge footage, audio, and effects.
Implement color correction, audio mixing, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
Create motion graphics, title cards, and other visual elements as required for the project.
Collaborate with the team to incorporate feedback and revise videos until the final version meets expectations.
Maintain consistent video styles across various content types while adhering to brand guidelines.
Project Management:
Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Communicate clearly with producers, directors, and other team members to ensure project requirements are understood and executed effectively.
Handle video file organization, archiving, and backups.
Prepare final video files for distribution across different platforms (social media, websites, etc.).
Creative Input & Collaboration:
Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and pre-production phases to enhance the overall project vision.
Provide suggestions on new techniques or innovative ideas to improve the quality of video content.
Work closely with other content creators, such as graphic designers and marketers, to create cohesive multimedia content.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
Strong understanding of video production techniques, including shot composition, lighting, and audio.
Knowledge of color correction, motion graphics, and visual effects is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Experience with live event recording and editing is a plus.
Familiarity with social media video formats and best practices for online content is a plus.
A degree or certification in Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of 3D animation and motion graphics (Adobe After Effects, Blender, etc.).
Experience with drone videography.
Familiarity with audio recording and mixing.
Working Conditions:
Flexible hours depending on project needs, including weekends and evenings for special shoots or events.
Travel may be required for on-location shoots.
Must have access to a reliable laptop or desktop with editing software, as well as any other necessary equipment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
