Videographer & Video Editor

We operate a professional in-house studio dedicated to producing high-quality podcasts, interviews, long-form YouTube content, short-form Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts, and branded video series. We are seeking an experienced Videographer & Video Editor who can independently handle end-to-end video production in our studio. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate multi-camera shoots (typically 2–3 cameras) for podcasts and studio videos Manage professional studio lighting for consistent, flattering results across different skin tones and setups Direct hosts and guests on framing, energy, pacing, and performance during recording Edit full-length podcast episodes (45–90 minutes) with clean cuts, multi-cam syncing, and engaging pacing Produce short-form vertical clips (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) optimized for each platform Perform color grading, audio mixing/mastering, and add graphics, lower-thirds, transitions, and subtle effects Create eye-catching thumbnails and basic motion graphics when required Organize and archive raw footage, project files, and final deliverables Maintain studio equipment (cameras, lights, audio gear) and ensure everything is shoot-ready
