About the Company:

Balwom Textiles India is a leading manufacturer and wholesaler of Suits, Sarees, and Indo-Western wear, known for our quality craftsmanship and modern ethnic designs. We are expanding our creative team and seeking a skilled Video Photographer to help bring our fashion brand to life through high-quality visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit fashion videos for product launches, campaigns, and social media.
• Capture videos for catalog shoots, model shoots, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional reels.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize video ideas that align with brand aesthetics.
• Ensure professional lighting, sound, and framing quality during shoots.
• Manage end-to-end production — from setup to final delivery.
• Maintain and organize raw and edited footage.
• Suggest innovative ideas to enhance the brand’s visual storytelling.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fashion or textile video production.
• Must have own professional video equipment (camera, lights, stabilizers, etc.).
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong sense of fashion, color grading, and visual composition.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a creative mindset.
