Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality videos for real estate properties including residential, commercial, luxury homes, and project walkthroughs.
• Capture interior and exterior footage with proper lighting, framing, and composition.
• Plan and execute video concepts based on marketing needs and property highlights.
• Operate professional cameras, gimbals, drones, and other video equipment.
• Edit raw footage into polished final videos using industry-standard editing software.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of all video content in required formats.
• Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring everything is in good working condition.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new video techniques for real estate.

Requirements

• Minimum

  2 years of experience in real estate videography

  (mandatory).
• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate shoots (walkthroughs, drone shots, interiors, exteriors).
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience operating gimbals, mirrorless/DSLR cameras, and drones.
• Good understanding of lighting, composition, and real estate aesthetics.
• Ability to work on-site across various property locations in Ahmedabad.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
