Skills Required: • Basic mobile videography (iPhone or Android) • Reels editing apps (CapCut, InShot, VN, etc.) • Instagram knowledge – reels, hashtags, engagement • Bonus: Knows Gujarati or Hindi for casual voice-over Responsibilities: • Record 4–6 reels per week (model try-ons, BTS, fabric reels) • Edit reels with trending audio/text • Manage basic product photography if needed • Suggest creative ideas for Instagram growth. Key Responsibilities:   Create original and eye-catching reels and short videos tailored to the brand and audience.   Stay updated with current trends, audio, and viral formats on platforms like Instagram and YouTube Shorts.   Shoot, edit, and publish content using mobile or professional video tools.   Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns or product promotions.   Manage posting schedules and optimize reach through hashtags, captions, and timing.   Track engagement metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly.   Bring creativity, fun, and freshness to the brand’s digital presence. Requirements:   Proven experience in creating Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts / TikTok-style content.   Strong skills in video editing apps like CapCut, InShot, VN, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.   Basic photography/videography knowledge and sense of aesthetics.   Understanding of social media algorithms and audience behavior.   Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.
