Job Title: Video Editor

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor who not only excels at editing engaging video content but also understands how to tailor and promote it for social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. This dual-role demands storytelling ability, technical proficiency, and insight into platform-specific algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities: Video Editing & Production

●Edit short-form videos (15–60 sec Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos) for maximum impact and clarity.

● Add professional-grade transitions, text overlays, subtitles, music, and brand elements.

● Maintain a consistent visual tone aligned with Hospertz’s brand identity.

● Repurpose raw footage from webinars, hospital visits, interviews, and site walkthroughs into engaging bite-sized content.

● Work closely with the social media marketer to align content with campaign goals.

Content Promotion on Social Media

● Collaborate on planning and scheduling content calendars for Instagram and LinkedIn.

● Optimize videos for each platform (thumbnail, captions, aspect ratios, hashtags).

● Monitor post-performance and tweak creatives based on what resonates.

● Participate in trends relevant to hospital infrastructure and healthcare to keep content fresh.

● Suggest ideas for viral, educational, and testimonial video formats.

Requirements:

● 2–4 years of experience in professional video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).

● Experience working with content for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.

● Ability to edit fast-turnaround videos and deliver daily or weekly as per plan.

● Knowledge of basic motion graphics and animations is a plus.

● Understanding of social media algorithms and post-performance metrics.

● Strong portfolio of creative and high-engagement video content.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
