1. Designation: Photographer & Videographer/ Cinematographer

Role Purpose

Knowledge

1.1 Photography:

• Conduct portrait shoots for faculty, students, and guest speakers.
• Edit and retouch photos to meet brand standards.
• Maintain an organized digital archive of all photographs.

1.2 Videography:

• Shoot and produce high-quality videos for promotional content, social media, interviews, and event coverage.
• Edit videos (color grading, sound mixing, motion graphics, etc.) for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, website, etc.).
• Create engaging storytelling content, including documentaries, testimonials, and event highlights.
• Ensure brand consistency in all video content.

2.Functional Skills

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and software.
• Assist in live streaming events when required.
• Ensure timely delivery of edited photos and videos.
• Proven experience as a

  Photographer & Videographer

• Proficiency in DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Expertise in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar software.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

4.Qualification & Years of Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Photography, Videography, Media Production, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum

  2-3 years

  of professional experience in photography/videography.
